Most orders will ship out 2-3 business days after it has been placed. Please allow additional 5-7 business days for delivery.
We kindly ask for 8-10 business days for made-to-order items to be produced in our shop. Made-to-order items are embroidered/printed in our shop and will need additional time to be processed. This includes Custom Golf Bags, Branded Ultra Tees, US Open, Row the Boat, 1980 Miracle and ETS Performance, Adam Thielen Signature Collection, and other co-branded collaborations.
Please note that shipping costs may vary based on product. We charge a flat fee of $5 for the contiguous 48 states. Shipments to noncontiguous states (Alaska and Hawaii) and international shipments will range depending on destination.
Orders of $125+ receive free shipping. (Excl. HI, AK, and International)
Sometimes the carrier will mark packages as "Delivered" before they have been officially delivered. We kindly ask to allow an additional 3-5 business days, often times the package will turn up.

Discounts during sitewide sales only apply during the duration of sale. Orders placed before or after a sale will not be eligible for the deal. Only one discount code may be applied per order. Save the others for future use. Exclusions: Limited Edition collaborations and golf bags do not qualify for discounts.
Please contact our team right away for changes regarding your order. We will do our best to catch your request before it has been shipped, though we cannot guarantee this. Once your order has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
Since we do not save credit card information, we are unable to add additional items to your order after it has been placed.
We do ship internationally! The carrier will provide updated tracking information once the package leaves United States borders. Tracking will display a notification once the package has been delivered. If your package doesn't arrive within 10-12 days we recommend that you contact the carrier in your country for more information. Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and customs charges. If your order is refused, you will be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. *International orders do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
We do not offer cart protection and your item is not guaranteed until your order has been placed. During limited edition releases, we highly encourage customers to check out promptly to avoid an item to be sold out your order has been placed.

30 DAY FREE U.S. RETURNS
All returns must be submitted within 30 days from your order delivery date. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and cannot have any alterations, with the tag still on to be eligible for a return. If we receive garments that are clearly worn with stains, have had alterations, or without a tag, we will decline your return and ship back your order.

Once your return has been shipped back, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your item(s). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we've issued your refund or exchange!

ACCOUNT & LEGACY REWARDS
How does Legacy Rewards work?
Legacy Rewards is UNRL's official loyalty program. This program is meant to show our appreciation to our loyal customers. You will earn points every time you purchase, and use them for discounts on future purchases. You will continue to level up the more you purchase with the top tier being Hall of Fame.
How do I join Legacy Rewards?
Click the Account button at the top of the page to join the program (it's completely free). You will be brought to a Log in page, simply type if your email and click continue. All existing account holders are automatically enrolled.
Are there exclusions to the Free Shipping benefit?
Yes, this benefit is excluded for International, Hawaii, and Alaska based orders.
Purchases made online at UNRL.com only qualify to receive points and rewards. Purchases made through other retailers outside of our online store are not eligible to receive points and rewards.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “How To Use Your Points” section of the loyalty page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for loyalty discounts. You can also redeem your points for a loyalty discount at checkout.
Do points expire?
No, the points that you earn will never expire. You can always redeem them for loyalty discounts.
(Points are not the same as discounts. Once you redeem your points, they turn into discounts. Your points will not expire, but discounts will.)
What products can I redeem rewards for?
Any items excluding charitable, limited-edition collections, and golf bags are applicable for reward discounts. For example, reward discounts will not apply to NFL or University items. You will still earn full points for purchasing these items.
Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, you cannot transfer points to a friend or family member.
How do I earn points?
You earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the "Start Earning Now" section on the loyalty page.
When will my points earned from a purchase show on my account?
Your points earned from a purchase will be pending in your account for 14 days from your purchase date. The points will then be automatically approved and added to your account after the 14 days.
How many points do I earn per $ spent?
Your points per $ spent depends on what tier you are in (the base level is 5 points per $1 spent). Refer to "The Perks" section on the loyalty page for full detail.
What happens to my points when I make a return?
Refunding an order in full voids the used discount code and returns the points to the customer's account. If an order is partially refunded, the points the customer spent on the voucher will not be returned to their account.
What do different point statuses mean?
- Approved: Ready to use for rewards.
- Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
- Cancelled: Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.
Rewards Points are not the same as Loyalty Discounts.
Do loyalty discounts expire?
Yes, loyalty discounts will now expire 6 months from the date you redeem them.
(Points are not the same as discounts. Once you redeem your points, they turn into discounts. Your points will not expire, but discounts will.)
Can discounts be stacked with other discounts?
No, only one discount is allowed per order. Loyalty discounts cannot be stacked with any other discounts.
Can Loyalty Discounts be used on any products?
Discounts cannot be applied to any charitable, Limited Edition items, or golf bags.
What are the different loyalty tiers?
Rookie, Pro, MVP, Hall of Fame
How long do I keep my tier status?
Each time you enter a tier, a 12-month timer starts — resetting whenever you move up a tier. After 12 months, your tier status is reevaluated based on your spend.
How do I know what tier I am in, and when my 12-month tier status will be reevaluated?
You can see your tier level when you are logged into the Legacy Rewards page under “Your Legacy Rewards Status”. You will also see the 12-month timer displaying the date you will be moved down tiers, if you do not spend up to the next tier.

No. Your item(s) are not guaranteed until your order has been placed. Adding items in your cart does not reserve the inventory. During Limited Edition releases, we highly encourage customers to check out as quickly as possible to avoid an item selling out before your order has been confirmed.

2. Sign into your UNRL account. Make sure your shipping address is saved to your account ahead of time. This will enable you to speed through checkout faster. (And you will receive reward points from your purchase, win-win.)
3. Use Apply Pay / Shop Pay. Skip the steps to enter your address and billing information. Remember to update your shipping address if you've moved recently.
4. Finish checking out quickly. Your order is not confirmed until the checkout process is complete. Adding your item to cart does not confirm inventory.
No. Discounts and rewards are not applicable for Limited Edition items. However, you will still earn reward points when you purchase, which can be applied towards future purchases.

No. Orders cannot be updated after they have been placed. For the safety of our customers we do not save payment information and therefore we are unable to add items to an order.
