Pre-Order Instructions
Pre-order available until 8.25.25
Prior to your purchase, please make sure to carefully read through these instructions:
1. Have your one-time access code & Vikings Account ID ready.
If you are a Minnesota Vikings Season Ticket Member, you have been sent via email a one-time access code to participate in this event. Your Vikings Account ID will be an additional security check to make sure this release stays exclusive. Did not receive an email? Please reach out to: customerservice@vikings.nfl.net or help@unrl.com.
2. Take your time.
Since this is a pre-order, don't worry about having to be first in line or your size running out of stock. You've been sent a one-time access code so you only have one opportunity to buy - don't rush your purchase. Read through all the instructions of the release and verify sizing before you add to cart.
3. Unlock the product page and select your sweatshirts.
If you have both your access code and your Vikings Account ID ready, proceed by unlocking the product page, select your sweatshirts and proceed to checkout.
Remember: You can only unlock the product page and checkout once.
FAQ & Policies
Pre-Order Window: Open from 8.12.25-8.25.25 and will close at 11:59PM CT.
Shipping and Delivery: Pre-orders are expected to be shipped by the end of January. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped.
Discounts: Discounts and rewards are not applicable for Season Ticket Member or Limited Edition items. However, you will still earn reward points when you purchase, which can be applied towards future purchases.
Changes & Order Updates: Once the pre-order window has closed, we are unable to make changes to your order.
Order Cancellation: Orders are final sale. We are unable to make any cancellations or changes to your order once the pre-order window has been closed.
Change of Shipping Address: To change your shipping address, please email us at help@unrl.com with your new address. Please note, we are unable to change your shipping address once the order has been shipped.
Access Code Does Not Work: Your secret code is a one-time use code and will save to the device you first accessed it on. We encourage members to check out promptly once you gain access to purchase to avoid losing access to the password protected product page. If your order has not been placed yet and you need to access, please contact us at help@unrl.com with your Vikings Account ID.
Additional UNRL Items: If you have additional UNRL items in your order, they will not ship out until August 25th when the pre-order window closes.
