Pre-Order Window: Open from 8.12.25-8.27.25 and will close at 11:59PM CT.

Shipping and Delivery: Pre-orders are expected to be shipped by the end of January. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been shipped.

Discounts: Discounts and rewards are not applicable for Season Ticket Member or Limited Edition items. However, you will still earn reward points when you purchase, which can be applied towards future purchases.

Changes & Order Updates: Once the pre-order window has closed, we are unable to make changes to your order.

Order Cancellation: Orders are final sale. We are unable to make any cancellations or changes to your order once the pre-order window has been closed.

Change of Shipping Address: To change your shipping address, please email us at help@unrl.com with your new address. Please note, we are unable to change your shipping address once the order has been shipped.

Access Code Does Not Work: Your secret code is a one-time use code and will save to the device you first accessed it on. We encourage members to check out promptly once you gain access to purchase to avoid losing access to the password protected product page. If your order has not been placed yet and you need to access, please contact us at help@unrl.com with your Vikings Account ID.

Additional UNRL Items: If you have additional UNRL items in your order, they will not ship out until August 25th when the pre-order window closes.
